Warranty Coverage

Terra Sabers warrants that all dueling sabers and saber components purchased directly from us are free from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal, intended use, including approved dueling.
This 1-Year Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for coverage.

Warranty Periods

Unless otherwise stated:
Electronics (soundboard, wiring, switches, charging ports, LED modules), Battery, Hilt (Empty or Installed), and Blade:
Covered for 12 months from the date of delivery. Coverage against Manufacturer arrival defects. Whereas, normal wear and tear; such as hilt
damage, cosmetic marks on blade, battery capacity reduction or other damage from misuse or excessive handling (non-dueling related activities,
submerging in water, etc) is not covered.

What This Warranty Covers
Normal use and dueling damages to electronics, machined metal parts, and non-cosmetic damage to blade. Manufacturing defects such as
electronic failure, loose wiring or solder points not caused by misuse, malfunctioning soundboards or LED units under normal use, and other
manufacturer defects present at the time of delivery.
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Terra Sabers will, at its discretion: Refund, Repair the product, Replace the defective part,
or Replace the product with a comparable item.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
● Misuse beyond intended dueling saber use
● Improper blade installation or use without a blade retention screw
● Excessive force, strikes against hard surfaces
● Water, moisture, or liquid exposure (unless explicitly stated as waterproof)
● Battery misuse, including overcharging, incorrect chargers, or battery swelling
● Cosmetic wear, including scratches, dents, finish wear, or paint damage
● User modifications, tampering, or disassembly not authorized by Terra Sabers
● Third-party parts or repairs
● Normal wear and tear from use
Blades are consumable items and are not covered beyond arrival defects. Please inspect the blade and report any known defect to us. The
dueling nature of the blades makes it consumable and unable to provide further warranty. We will work with you the best we can as we do
understand these are “dueling” blades.

Warranty Claim Process

As much as we try to make the process simple, it may still require communication between you and support. Typically needing pictures and video.

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must:
1) Contact Terra Sabers with proof of purchase 2) Provide a clear description of the issue 3) Provide photos or videos if requested
If the claim is approved: The customer may be responsible for shipping the item to us, including securely packaging their return. Damage due to
improper packaging is not covered. Return Shipping is covered by Terra Sabers (Domestic only). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Dueling Disclaimer

Our sabers are designed for dueling when used with appropriate safety gear and restraint. Excessive-force dueling, or misuse may result in
damage and void this warranty as well as injury. No saber is truly indestructible. The same goes for people.

Properly secure blade at all times, wear protective gear, and use the saber against another dueling saber blade only. Read safety instructions.

Limitation of Liability

Terra Sabers shall not be held Liable for Personal Injury, Property Damage, Incidental or Consequential Damages.
Use of Terra Sabers Products is at the user’s own risk.
